One on One In-Person training

60 minutes: $40

 

 

This is the pay as you go option that I offer no commitment. Prior to the appointment, I  will schedule a 15 minute call to discuss intake and expectations. I'll also assess your current fitness level and what your objective will be for the session. Must be within a 20 mile radius. A mileage fee will be applied per 15 miles traveled if outside of the 20 miles.  click here to sign up

Workout with Me

2 weeks: $40

This package is a two week exercise regimen. It follows workouts that I did personally. A total of 12 days of fitness over the course of 2 weeks. click here to sign up

30 Day Hybrid Coaching

30 Days: $500

This service combines both in-person and virtual coaching for 30 days. Up to 5 workouts a week, 2 in-person training sessions a week. The option for nutrition coaching is included in this package as well. Daily check-ins and weekly goal setting are also part of this package. click here to sign up
