This is the pay as you go option that I offer no commitment. Prior to the appointment, I will schedule a 15 minute call to discuss intake and expectations. I'll also assess your current fitness level and what your objective will be for the session. Must be within a 20 mile radius. A mileage fee will be applied per 15 miles traveled if outside of the 20 miles. click here to sign up
